Refund policy

You may return most new, unopened items within 15 days of delivery for a full amount of voucher.

A “refund” may only be issued if:

  Saanjh processes all refunds exclusively through cash vouchers; cash refunds are not available.

  Refunds may be considered if the product received differs from the original specifications or if delivery has been significantly delayed due to unforeseen circumstances.

  Items purchased at factory outlets or those bought at discounted prices are not eligible for refunds.

  Refund requests for Saanjh cannot be handled at our physical retail locations.
