• SAANJH allows customers to return or exchange items—through the same online platform they purchased from—within 15 days of delivery, for any reason.
• To be eligible, the original delivery receipt must be provided. Items must be returned in their original packaging and must not be worn, washed, damaged, altered, or have any stains, odors, or missing labels/tags.
• Please note: Return and exchange services do not apply to discounted or sale items.
• All complaints or return/exchange requests must be registered through our customer service channels—WhatsApp, Email, Instagram, or Phone Call.
• When contacting customer support, please clearly mention the item you wish to return and provide a detailed reason for the request.
